About Stephanie
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, I have a deep understanding of the impact of trauma on the mind, body, and spirit as well as experience with a variety of treatment areas within the mental health field.
About the Space
Our office provides a safe and nurturing space for therapy as well as a cozy yoga and meditation room. We are located in Monmouth County, NJ just outside of Asbury Park. Teletherapy sessions are available as well.
Our offerings include Individual Psychotherapy, EMDR, Sand Play Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga, Holistic Group Therapy, Clinical Supervision, and Trauma Informed Trainings.
